This policy explains what information LuminousMesh collects through luminousmesh.com, why, and what you can do about it. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, work email, website address, business details and message.
- Your browser’s time zone, so we can suggest call times that suit you.
- Basic server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and deliver the report or call you asked for.
- To follow up about that request. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you tick the box to opt in.
Who processes it
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Hostinger, which runs our business email.
- Google, if we meet by video call.
These providers may store data outside Australia and India. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a client and the records are needed for our work together.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@luminousmesh.com. We respond within 30 days.
